| "Stay was pleasant, personnel and services were good. However general comment is that this hotel as most in Delhi are unresonably expensive comparing them with other world places. " |

| "Perfect Hotel, great location in New Delhi, walking distance to Connaught Place. Breakfast buffet is great, what a choice ! and take a look at the Spa , wow what a design ! The restaurants are great and teh food too !
Room is perfect !
One tip for travellers...At the moment you step out the gate of the hotel, and you go walkin to Connaught Place ( which is simply to do in 10 minutes or so ) be aware of tuk-tuk drivers who wants you to bring everywhere, except the place you wanna go and for unpleasant prices. We were no victim due to our experiences in India, but be aware.
Sightseeing to Old Delhi with tuk-tuk may cost at most 60 / 70 Irps. When the driver stays with you.... for the whole day 200 Irps is a fare rate." |

| "A hard choice what hotel to choose in Delhi, the Diplomatic area was lovely and green compared to others. Shangri-La was fantastic, fairly new, refreshing and breakfast was good. As usual the service was over the top and anything was possible but this is customery in India in 5 star hotels. " |

| "The staff is the most pleasant we have ever met. Facilities are great! Spa, swimming pool, gymm, etc are fantastic. All the hotel is well decorated and all details are carefully studied. It has many coffee-bars and restaurants. Although is expensive, the quality of the restaurant is very good. It is nice to enjoy the huge buffet in a nice atmosphere at dinner time with so may choices.
In my 2 days staying, I have been treated as a princess by all the staff. You can dream on it...
I absolutely recommend this hotel! We spent our last 2 days -of 3 weeks staying in India- , and we did have a good rest and enjoy at all." |

| "A bit expensive although it was one of the best options we found among the top hotels in Delhi.
It is a very good hotel, with the quality and service you can expect from a Shangrila Hotel.
It has no "special charm" since it is a modern hotel, but the service is very good, the dinner and breackfast buffet excellent and the rooms in very good conditions. A good place to recommend in New Delhi if you can afford its price" |

| "I found that overall the restaurant staff were extremely welcoming and genuine. They made my stay very special.
The concierge I found to be quite poor. On numerous occasions enquiring about shopping etc, I found the staff to be a little abrupt and rude. We also had a poor experience with a taxi from the rank at the hotel who ripped us off and took us around delhi in places were he got commission." |
