All reservation must be guaranteed with credit card, all reservation may be cancelled without penalty until 7 days prior arrival date. Within last 7 days the credit card will debit the rate of one night for each room reserved. Payment is requested at check-in, after check-in no refund for early departure is due. IMPORTANT: This reservation confirmation cannot be used for visa or Consular purposes. During peak season, cancellation fee applies within 15 days prior to arrival date. In this case the full amount due for stay will be charged. Children stay free up to 7 years. From 7 years up children are charged the same rates as adults.Cancellations must be processed via the same system used to make the booking. Email, phone calls and fax are not accepted for cancellations . hotel reserves the right to shift customer to any other hotel of its choice if it is full or any other problem it faces .
