| "We were shocked when our taxi pulled up outside the Sun City Hotel in Delhi.
All we can say is that the picture on your website was deceiving as this hotel looked awful.
We only got as far as reception however as they were overbooked and thankfully we were moved to another hotel so we cannot comment further.
The hotel we were moved to was having a lift installed and the drilling and hammering was unbearable next to out room.(which was not ready for us when we arrived).
No restaurent in the hotel
All in all a bad experience for us - never again!" |

| "I wouldn't recommend this hotel as we had our worst hotel experience ever at Suncity. Basically they had double booked our rooms and offered us what they called an 'upgrade' but the alternative hotel was terrible. The room was dirty and cold, the bed was rock hard, there was no hot water and breakfast was basic at best. It was late so we had no choice but to stay and the manager offered us the night for free and a driver for the following day due to the inconvenience. However, the next day he denied that he'd made these offers and became abusive. We therefore felt unable to stay there any longer and eventually found alternative accommodation. " |

| "If Sun City is a three star hotel..then I will stop traveling! We did not stay at this hotel...the neighborhood was beyond shabby, the lobby was filthy...the walls greasy and stained...the sofa was so dirty I refused to sit on it...I was concerned just having my luggage sit on the floor...never even saw a room. We ate the already charged costs and went elsewhere. " |

| "The hotel/room was in a busy location within karol Bagh BUT seriously over priced for what is was. The area contained approx. 40 hotels within a 5 minute walk from Suncity and had a lot cheaper prices.
I also included all my flight arrival details on my booking, followed by an email to the hotel and still they failed to pick me up from the airport on arrival. " |

| "The area was a deserted market ( not shopping centre) well away from the main areas and we did not feel safe enough to go out at night. There was no bar and the food was very limited.coffee in room but no cups! Also there was no free transfer to the airport as advertised only collection. " |
