| "This hotel does overbooking and sends people to nearby-located lower category hotels. That is what they also made to us for the first night. Otherwise relatively nice place, ok service and clean rooms in Delhi-standards. A disappointment was that many of the rooms do not have windows." |

| "The rooms did not have windows! The hygenie was substandard even in Indian standards. The mattresses were thin foam core only - foam core is coman in india, but this was especially so.
They tried to bump us as soon as we arrived. There was a couple in the entry when we arrived who had been bumped previously to their 'sister' hotel and said that the sunstar was a palace in comparison.
After complaining bitterly we were given another room but is was marginally better - a corner - one of only 3 with a window. " |
