| "terribly. they are not honest.
we did not get raddison. arrive midnight.
and they charge use rp 7250
it's same like a 4 ,5 star hotel.
but they only worth 2 star.
any one should not book at all in this hotel.
take a international hotel" |

| "This was the worst hotel my partner and I have stayed in during twenty years of travel in Asia.
The staff were rude and unhelpful.
The night we stayed was quoted in The Times of india the next day as being the coldest of the winter. Despite this the staff refused to give us sufficient extra blankets. The heater they did supply took over an hour to arrive, the bathroom floor flooded when we showered. The uniformed doorman bullied for a tip .
This hotel put me off ever returning to India. The place should be blacklisted." |
