Most likely
the Taj Savoy hotel is fine but the service is very slow and unorganized. Coffee to the room takes more than an hour (not only once), car provided had a starter problem, the other car did not have the appropriate licenses. So in this way it was not the standard we expect from Taj.

"The room was too large and we had to walk through the dressing room to reach the bathroom at night. Very difficult to keep the room warm.
Selection of food at breakfast time was excellent, as was the Buffet in the evening."
