"Upon arrival the room looked very nice. However, it was very dirty and our feet were "black" after walking around for a few moments! The bathroom was very old with ants everywhere.... A very poor shower attachment over a very "tired" bath was really not sufficient. There were NO hangers in the wardrobe, and the two dressing gowns supplied were dirty and torn! The food in the courtyard restaurant was excellent, however the service was poor. Disappointing breakfast. This was included in our room price, yet the waiter brought us an "a la carte menu" with additional prices. We asked for the "inclusive breakfast" and was told it was "continental" with eggs cooked to our choice. Mmmmmmmm. The location and setting of the hotel was excellent, but the staff really need to be instructed on what the guests require as this hotel is not cheap..... I would probably not choose to stay in this hotel again. Allyson Sullivan"
