Service was very good except at checkout when it seemed to take 40 minutes to confirm that AsiaRooms had guaranteed the room charge. Lots of telephone calls seemed to occur in that 40 minutes and this despite the fact that we had given reception the web confirmation with the confirmation number on it 48 hours previously.
The swimming pool was very nice, but the poolside furniture had seen better days. A shame when the pool was so nice.
Travel service help was very good, friendly and efficient.
