This was just an amazing experience. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at.

"It was a nice hotel but for some USD800 a night, the room (a luxury room) was a bit small, though it was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Some staff are truly outstanding, but there are also quite a number of them who seem to be rather cold --- on more than one occasion I took the initiative of smiling and saying "hello" or "good morning" to some front office staff when I passed by (not including the concierge though --- concierge staff were mostly very good), and all I got was a blank stare back! Apart from the above I had enjoyed the stay. The multi-cuisine restaurant was very good and the packaged treatment I received at the spa was one of the best I've ever had."

"Pure elegance and decadance of the highest order. Definitely the best hotel we have ever stayed at both for its setting and its customer service and attention to detail. The food was also superb - you cannot beat the Massala Dosa for breakfast"
