| "Surley staff that lack enthusiasm. The place feels burnt out and in need of invigoration. Maybe that just reflects Varanasi?" |

| "Room was very untidy and very dusty when allocated but on our request was cleaned up and looked better but not to 4 star standard. However, the staffs were extremely polite, courtious and helpful. They treated us like family member. The breakfast was good and totally vegetarian that suited our needs. Other Food and laundry was rather expensive. Overall condition of the hotel needed a lot of cleaning and dusting. The carpets were dirty and dusty and needed replacing. Lift needed attention. Window pane needed thorough cleaning up. If the overall cleanliness and maintenance was given top priority this hotel can become the best place to stay in Varanasi." |

| "Very Polite Staff.
Also shops in Hotel were not that expensive and people who helpd us with our gifts were really nice.
(For instance handbags, pashmina shop, dresses shop...)
I will surelly try to book with them if I travel to Varanasi.
Worst part was Swimming Pool was temporally closed.
Highly recomended" |

| "Hotel is being refurbished, therefore a little bit noisy. Found a massive bug in my room, took the staff over 3hours to come and remove it.
Breakfast not very exciting, overall good value for what you pay." |

| "Employees are really friendly and will support you during your stay.
The hotel is currently doing some maintenance activities and thus it should be in a better shape soon.
There is a swimming pool which could be considerated as private (only few customers are using it and thus it is even better). Breakfast buffet is ok and price versus the location and the facilities is fine.
Note that the phone number provided on the voucher is not correct (on September 06), it happens also for other hotels booked via Internet" |

| "This is a simple but good hotel, the restaurant is basic, the rooms were clean, the price compared to to everything is okay I think, all can be better but than you must pay more for a 5 star hotel. For us it was good enough and we will come back later." |

| "Nothing "atmospheric" in this hotel ( no lush garden and right into the middle of the busy city, traffic, etc.), but a modern, roomy, spacious, luminous, well tended hotel , with most rooms having a good outside view , and a very nice swimming pool ; definitely deserves its 4 (indian) stars.[a small minus : some staff should be trained not to bang doors at night , for the comfort of sleep of Customers !]
Value-wise , its AsiaRooms rates of August ( 25 euros for a double , breakfeast and taxes included)is a truly exceptional bargain." |
