| "Our room and bathroom were very nice and clean. The hotel restaurant "Varuna" was excellent and there was live music which was great. The swimming-pool was pleasant and the hotel has very large grounds which it's possible to visit by horse and cart which we found fun and original! I'd recommend this hotel...very good value for money." |

| "This hotel has nothing to do with any other "taj" hotel in India, it is probably the worse "taj" hotel. IT IS VERY OLD and the room was very dirty. I don't know other hotels in Varanasi but I'm sure it is not very difficult to find something better. Staff friendly, but the hotel is not what we espected from a "taj" hotel." |
