When English Egyptologist & interior designer Diana von Cranach bought a barren piece of beachfront land in Pemuteran, an unknown fishing village on Bali’s northwest coast, 3 ½ hours from Denpasar airport in 1987, her dream was to build a tiny & very personal, laid-back luxury resort.
