| "My friends and I are very pleased with the overall experience at Adika Sari Bungalow. The place is cozy, the rooms are of the right size, almost no mosquitos, safe for travellers and the service is good.
The address of the Hotel is Legian - Kuta hence it is somehow confusing because it is actually located at Legian and not Kuta. But after the Bali Bombing I guess it's safer to stay futher away from Kuta (haha)
The only problem is the distance to the beach and the urban shopping areas namely Kuta Square, Hard Rock Cafe and Centro Shopping Mall @ Kuta Beach.
The distance to Legian Beach is about 10mins walk. While Kuta Beach and the shopping malls are not within walking distance
Cab fares are around RP30,000 to Kuta and Shopping Areas (by meter or by flag down rates). Balinese especially the cabbies are overall relatively honest.
However I still prefer the older pre bali bombing.. guess some of the surfing shops i visited are gone.. but for first time travellers U'd not notice the difference cuz Bali is still a very happening place worth your visit ;) Have a good trip!!" |

| "Stayed 8/31. Booked a superior room through Asiarooms but was upgraded to deluxe when checked-in (early). Room was okay and breakfast better than expected. Pool was small but clean. The beach was few minutes walk away via a narrow pathway shared with motorbikes." |

| "We booked the deluxe room for myself and 2 children with an extra bed. in hindsight you dont need the extra bed because of the window seat, my 8yr old would have slept there happily. We also stayed in a standard room, but its definitely worth the extra to book the deluxe. The standard room was up some steep steps and much smaller. Location was perfect, room was spotless and staff very friendly. I only wish I had booked for longer because we had to move rooms and then move out as they were fully booked. A great place for children, pool right outside door, and felt very safe. Highly recommend this hotel, especially after looking around at some others that were dearer and filthy!" |
