In our stay for 4 nights, we enjoyed our time at your hotel. But I do personally feel that the staff should be friendlier, not that they were rude but open politeness like a greeting 'Selamat Datang' or 'Selamat Pagi/Malam' would be fine. The free ride to and back Bali Collection was thoughtful and I would like to propose more of such transport arrangements to other malls or place of interest be considered, maybe even at a minimal rate. The beach was clean and well attended to. My kids enjoyed the sea waves. I would also like to suggest more water sports be arranged without interruption to the quietness surround of the beach. The pool is quite standard, maybe a water slide could cheer up the pool area. The breakfast is pretty much the same every morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Syabas Ayodya!

| "I have stayed in Ayodya Palace ocean view room for 4 nights. the room was very nice and clean, the view was fantastic, the facilities of the Palace was good enough, but they wrote in the web page that the service is butler!!! but it was normal or less e.g in hyatt bali I did not stayed in a club (I stayed in normal room) but the service was better and hotel emploees was more qualified. Generally the hotel is great and has a lot of ranges in rooms from 100 USD up to how much you can pay:)." |

| "I HAVE SPEND MY HONEYMOON IN AYODYA RESORT HOTEL BALI AND IT WAS A PERFECT EXPERIENCE. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY KIND,THE HOTEL LUXURIOUS AND CLEAN AND THE AREA VERY NICE TOO. | "The facility and room are fantastic, but the service is quite slow. It took a long time for the front desk and guest relation to answer the phone. One time the fire alarm in the hall way went off for no reason, no hotel staff came to care for it even after we called. The swimming pool closed by 9pm. Many guests complained for such early closing time." |
