Should improved on room cleanliness. Furniture with dust and webs behind beds. Furniture also old and dirty looking. Big Ants were crawling around in our Villa, all over the floor. Should also improved on toilet condition. Despite all this, the service given by the staff were great, Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a choice of Western and Local Breakfast. Overall, Good job to Bali Ayu Staff.

| "We had 2 weeks in one of the Villas and it was fantastic, great location nice and quite, lots of yummy restaraunts close by,staff were very friendly and helpfull. The only thing they could improve on is the breakfast for the villas,Thanks heaps will stay again...." |

| "Lovely Hotel, the standard rooms are clean and have lots of space, even though basic. The Next room grade up are very big and spaciouse but some are located a good walk away from the pool and reception, the bathrooms are large and have bath and showers. I prefered the standard room it had a sealed roof and no gaps and teh location was much better.
Staff were brilliant and always there to help. The pool and pool bar were beautiful and very relaxing. Thank you Morgs xx" |

| "As a group of six...including a seven year old and ten month old..we all loved the Bali Ayu. The staff were great ,especially Ketut,the hotel driver.We appreciated being away from all the hustle and bustle at the same time being only a short walk to a quiet beach and good resturants. We will definately stay at the Bali Ayu again." |
