| "Beautiful hotel, newly renovated with excellent security at the gate, situated in the heart of South Kuta. Lovely for families with great pool and kids club. We will stay there on future visits to Bali as the Departure Lounge is a great conveniance on the last day. " |

| "We have spend the last days of our holiday here and we would not recommend this hotel to other travellers, unless you have children. This place is crowded with families with children and there are lots of activities going on.
The poolbar opens in the morning and from 2 pm people are drunk (thanks to many beers and cocktail buckets). Around 5 pm a male guest was running around naked through the gardens, surrounded by little children playing there.
We stayed in a deluxe ground floor room. The size was ok, the bathroom was outdated and dirty. There was a problem with the plumming which affected the entire room's smell. For families however, there are many possibilities to entertain children and there is a children activities service.
The pool is crowded and very busy, not the best place to relax. For the beach you have to go through a small public lane. Getting there you will discover that most parts are private property belonging to other hotels, so don't expect to spend your time at the beach.
Most of the staff is friendly. Food and beverage is ok. Location is close to Kuta, about 20 minutes walk to Kuta city centre." |

| "We chose to stay here because we had a very successful visit three years ago on a short transit break. This time we came for a longer holiday and found the hotel just as good and the service just as good as before. The staff are helpful and friendly. For what we wanted - a good base with excellent facilities, it was perfect. What could be improved? Perhaps a better briefing on arrival of what facilities were available and how to take advantage of the discounts at the tropical restaurant. We would stay again." |

| "This is the second time I have stayed at the Dynasty, as in most hotels I would always pay that little bit extra for a garden view or pool side room. The Dynasty is action pack when it comes to families, plenty of games and activities for all the family, volley ball/bingo to pizza making for kids. I can't fault the Dynasty for service and facilities. The food is really reasonable especially if you are feeding a family, the breakfast has something for everybody. Excellent value for baby sitting services and has a great departure lounge for those who are catching late night flights. The kids club is good for those wishing to do a little bit of shopping without the kids. I'm not normally in to Chinese food but the Lotus Chinese restaurant is well worth the visit. The pool bar is also a great place to meet and chat to people if you are by yourself, great value at happy hour. I do find that the Dynasty is a very social hotel, it does have a lazy pool for adults only, though if you’re looking for something a little quieter perhaps you may need to look elsewhere. I also feel very safe with the hotel security. The staff are wonderful and there are plenty of characters to go with it. All and all a great hotel." |

Hotel prima only we missed the beach so went every day by taxi to Kuta.

| "One thing that I remember most was that the staff were the most friendliest & helpful I have ever encountered in a hotel.
The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and the room was perfect. I wouldn't really change anything about the hotel. I don't have a family but I noticed that there seemed to be excellent facilities for children also, which must have been appreciated by the parents.
I hope to return to Bali and would really love to stay at the Bali Dynasty again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. " |

| "Very gorgeous hotel.It was pity that the hotel garden is not directly facing to the sea.In order to get to the sea,one has to take a small gate in the corner of the hotel.For the security point of view,though,it is wise.Children loved the swimming pool and the slide,but it needs a renovation(getting old)." |

| "This stay was my second at the Bali Dynasty, I enjoyed it the first time & even more on this trip. My first visit was with my kids (& yes the resort is more geared up for families), this last visit was just the adults & the resort was just as accommodating. On this visit I had a ground floor pool view room which was fantastic - walk out front door & you are at the pool & bar, perfect! I am sure you can find more up market resorts but the Bali Dynasty is very laid back as is Bali itself.
My only complaint if you wish to call it that is that the rooms do not have insect spray, one night I found the mosies to be rather annoying - spray would have been a benefit." |

| "my daughter and i enjoyed our stay at the dynasty.. it was y daughters first visit to bali so the gorgeous grounds and pool areas were brilliant the staff were very friendly and helpful..location is fantastic.
the only problem we encountered was the air conditioner in our room was leaking badly (therby flooding the room and we were scared that we would slip and fall)and i had to report it three times before it was finally fixed (late at night) i even requested another room but eventually it was sorted out.
