| "Dear Sir/Madam
I came to know that the room we were allocated to, was previously used the night before by hotel staffs. When we checked in, the room was not thorughly cleaned, patched of dust on the floor and the drinking water was only half filled. I have informed the hotel recep and have to pay extra to top up the next day.
The wardrobes could not open and close properly and there were cockrouches in the drawers. I have requested a change of room but was the request was turned down immediately. I was quite taken back by the response.
The corridors to our room was dark and the lights were only fixed the night after. I have informed the staff on checking out that I may have left my reading glasses in the room and would appreciate if they could inform me if found. I have not heard from them since. Hope you could check with the hotel on this.
Thanks and regards
Jeffrey" |

| "Location, location, location and a lot more. The hotel has two new swimming pools, a new beach front garden and a new bar with great and friendly staff. Fantastic place for the family holiday." |

| "Beware, this hotel was nowhere near as good as I expected from the pictures... our first room smelt like wee, so we had to pay an extra USD$10 to upgrade to a "deluxe" room which was almost exactly the same except it overlooked a garden instead of concrete - for that price I could have stayed at somewhere a lot nicer (I have stayed at several other hotels around the same price in Kuta which were a lot better). The bathrooms are absolutely ancient and kind of going mouldy/rusty. The plus side was that it is very close to everything in Kuta, but there are still a lot of places in the same area you could stay at. There are a lot of nicer places you could spend your money to stay at in Bali!" |

| "The cheaper rooms (facing a major road) are very noisy and bad value. Rooms are quite old. Garden rooms are (sort of) okay as the garden is nice." |

| "Breakfast service seems to be focused on Caucasian guests. No one asked me for the breakfast voucher nor tea or coffee on one morning.
After booking my room thro Asiarooms, I wrote to the hotel to enquire on airport pickup service. I failed to get a reply. And yet the hotel has internet facilities at a small charge!" |
