| "I went to Bali with my wife and we stayed at Bali Niksoma for 5 nights. We stayed in the Deluxe room and had a great, memorable stay. The room is not super spacious but big enough to allow you to relax. The room was always clean, quiet, and very relaxing. The hotel environment and surrounding is very quiet in general.The pool is spectacular. The view from the pool, looking over the beach, is georgeos. All workers are all very friendly, the service is really good, and the breakfast is great. I think they have increased the rate by now, which I found a little too expensive. " |

| "This is our 2nd time staying in Bali Niksoma. The first time, we stayed in a junior suite and the recent trip was in a deluxe room. Overall it is slighty below average hotel to stay for the price we paid.
We remembered the first stay which was about 1 1/2 years ago, we had a choked basin throughout our stay. As it was a junior suite there were 2 basins, and we ended up using the other one, as the maintenance did not do much to the choked basin.
The recent stay we had a dripping air condition for 4 days, which they did nothing at all. The maintenance did not help much as they just nod their head and pretended they did a service to it. In the end I asked for the floor towel everyday to cover the drip and no one did apologize even with the constant complain. Its a little disappointing as we would expect them to change our room if they could not stop the drip. The toilet is also getting a little rundown with paint chipping off the wall.
Probably the 3rd time, we will be looking elsewhere to stay in Legian, considering it is not value for money.
However, Uma Ubud is absolutely the place to relax and we had a wonderful time there. Read our review of the place soon. Simply amazing." |

| "we stayed at the Bali Niksoma for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon trip and we had a great time. We were treated as VIP guests from the check-in, gifts were waiting for us in our room.
Service was always excellent we warmly recommend this hotel." |

| " The hotel is in an excellent position, the service was impeccable, the staff from the highest to the lowest were extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was very well presented and of high quality.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to my friends.

| "Really great hotel and wonderful staff. Only downside is the rubbish on the beach in front of the hotel. The Balinese need to sort this out and clean up their beach. But I guess not the hotels fault." |

| "The Hotel was OK in general but the aircon in the room did not work (too cold - not adjustable) and I had to ring for a blanket which room service took from the room every day - so I had to ask for the same thing every evening. This is despite leaving a note to make the bed up with an extra blanket.
The SPA is located under guest rooms and I paid for a 2 hour treatment and was treated to a guest speaking loudly on his mobile phone on the balcony above until I couldn't stand it anymore and walked out of the massage. My money was not refunded. Very bad design and not a lot of understanding from staff. I asked to be moved to a quiet treatment room but the girl who was massaging me appeared not to understand my simple request. Very, very disappointing." |

| "The staff we very friendly and helpful in terms of where to eat, shop and exchange money.
We had a junior suite, and it was very nice. It satisfied our needs. It had a huge bathroom and room service were very good.
The people in the spa were great and staff in general, whether it be at the pool, at breakfast or at reception were lovely.
A very good hotel. No regrets and would recommend anyone to stay there!

| "Had an absolutely lovely stay! Only problem was that they began to fumigate the garden without warning guests sitting by the pool and though we had taken items from the minibar which we hadnīt. Otherwise very good service." |
