| " We had been in the room less than 1 hour when the lights in our room went out, however they stayed on in the halls. Not having checked the phone number for the desk,(it was pitch black) I was caused to follow the labyrinth of stairs and hallways to the lobby to report the problem. They came on immediately but went out again in another 1/2 hour and were out until I reported it the next a.m. As a result, there was no electricty to operate the air conditioner, hair dryer etc. I suspect a curcuit breaker kicked off.
Upon checkout, I mentioned it again and there were apologies, but no offer of compensation.
This is a beautiful place from what seems a bygone era - however, our friends in different part of the hotel had no electrical problems. " |

| "Probably a great place 30 years ago but past its sell date now. The location is great and the view is absolutely breathtaking but that doesn't make up for te rest. You can find much better hotels for these prices." |
