| "Great Villa, nice private pool, not huge but you actually swim. Lovely setting, 20mins to UBUD, free shuttle, great for a relaxing time. Breakfast not extensive but ok. Staff is very helpful. Will go back" |

| "We liked the quietness and atmosphere and being surrounded by the rice fields.
Even with transfers to Ubud it is pretty isolated.
The people running the place were just great, friendly and personal.
The rooms could be better closed off from outdoors so no
insects or anything like it could enter the room.
The prices of food and masages were rather high compared to other nice places in Bali.
But we definitely would like to go back for relaxation.

| "What an undiscovered gem! I have traveled extensively and Furama wins as my "best hotel ever." The online pictures do not adequately describe how luxurious the place is. You have your own private villa with surrounding walls and wooden gate with lock to ensure maximum privacy. It is truly your own home, but one with a private pool, outdoor shower, your own outside sala for massages, and Wifi Inetrnet connection.
The tub was long enough for me to float in and I am 6". Breakfast is served at the restaurant or at your own villa. The massages were very good, a bit pricey, bu then it is a spa as well. Breakfast is a choice of continental, American, or Indonesian fare. Though the villas are outside of the city, they did have five free shuttles a day into the city when we went. They did not have a gym but we were told that is being constructed as part of the new section.
The staff quickly remembered our names and were attentive without being obtrusive. The manager checked on us during breakfast, and the staff rang the doorbell at the villa gate to gain entry to clean the rooms or do evening turn-down service.
When I need to get away again and find time to relax, to lay by my own pool, read, and simply watch the beauty of the rice fields, I will definitely escape to Furama Villas!" |

| "We used the hotel aiport transfers when we arrived. The car was comfortable and the driver super friendly.
When we arrived the check in was easy and they showed us to the room. The villa was stunning!! The pictures on the net dont do it justice. Our bath was full of flower petals and so so romantic. This contiuned every day of our stay that our bath was full of flowers each day.
The bathroom was stunning, shower outside and the bath fit the 2 of us. The pool was lovely and just the right size and so so private. The furniture is stunning!
The staff was very pleasant and always trying to assist in anyway.
The breakfast area is small and limited but we still enjoyed the food and the service.
The hotel is out of town and and yes there is not a great deal to do past the gates. We were on honeymoon so not particulary interested in the outside world.
The hotel is small and intimate. If you are looking for a place to enjoy by not leaving your villa this is the place to stay.
The rates for the villas are a bargain!!
We did hear rumours they are building modern villas next door which also sound amazing. So there will be an option of traditonal balinese villa or modern. Good luck!
We will be back as we really enjoyed our stay!

| "It's a great hotel for honeymooners. You will love it! The only down point is that there is no interesting place to visit near the hotel, but it's not so far away to Ubud center. Hotel gives free rides to Ubud 5 times per day, still convenient. Also, you can try to find a private driver so that you can go anywhere you want. " |

| "Perfect place, great setting, great villa. Ideal for couples.
The only negative point is the breakfast which is really basic and not up to the standard of the room. But not that important since there are a lot of nice restaurants in Ubud. " |

| "We found La Subak to be captivating. We came for rest and relaxation and were not disappointed. It went beyond our expectations. The staff were attentive but not intrusive. The place was very quiet. We could hear the insects and frogs at night and see the stars. It is a 15 minute drive to the town center, but the resort offers a free shuttle three times a day, so it is no problem to get to town. The private pool is surprisingly large and the private villa grounds large with well tended gardens. There were many small touches that made the place delightful - like a fountain poolside that poured water into the pool. We will go again. " |

| "La Subak is a wonderful place in the middle of rice fields. The service and food are excellent. The villas are really a beautiful and amazing place to stay, where you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the private swimming pool in a wonderful garden. It's really an excellent place to stay and I would for sure go there again, if I would like to stay again in Bali, near to Ubud. La Subak is simply great !!!" |
