I think the service and the facilities were OK. My room was only basic however, I had only asked for a standard room. Next time I will upgrade as I was in the older rooms. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. However, it was close to all the facilities that I used so I was very happy with the location. The staff were also very helpful.

| "Well the Garden View is advertised as "budget", but you would think that even budget would have some sort of standard at least.
Our airconditioner didn't work, the phone didn't work, the fridge door kept falling off.The bathroom was filthy. The toilet didn't flush. Nice!! The pool had a horrible film over it. Trying to get a towel was a feat in itself. Impossible. The Spa had always either run out, didn't have any or bought it upon themselves to refuse giving us any. Most of the staff were very lovely though. Some were a real struggle to communicate with. " |

| "stayed at this hotel in may 07 and thought it was great its very family friendly and the people are always happy to help the food at the restaurant was delicious its just a stroll to the beach and to all the shopping it has its own bar and bands play great for the dads to just chill out and have a few drink great place" |
