"Location is best, very close to the street. Hotel staff are very friendly & helpful. When my plug didn't fit into the wall socket, they lent me an adaptor for 3 days. While in Kuta, the hotel we stayed wouldn't care much so I had to buy one myself. Overall we are happy with the hotel. We like the gardens as well. The cleanliness was acceptable, just that the bathroom is not safe for old people. The only place to take a shower was in the bathtub. I had to ask my 75-year-old father to be extra careful when getting into the bathtub. It could be slippery to the elderlies."

"We've stayed in Ubud for 3 night at Graha Resort. Nice location middle of Jalan Monkey Forrest, overall good service."

"I would not recommend this hotel at all for my expirence here is awful. Room is very dark and smelly; bathroom is small and not clean; bed linen and mosquito net are dirty; breakfast is poor and far from enough. I'd say, you may find some other places which would be much better than here, for the same price."

"There was a constant bad smell of drains. One panel in the bedroom ceiling was coming down and when it rained the ceiling leaked. "

"Cute little place in great location. We only stayed in the regular cottage view room and it was nice for the 2 days we stayed there. The problems we had was that the lighting was too dim, the shower only trickled out cold water and there were a few stains on our bedding and mosquito netting around the bed. There is a TV but it only has a few Indonesian channels. BUT,this place is great because you are located a few minutes walk from the Monkey Forest and a few minutes walk from the open market.Although the pool looked a bit uninviting, we took a dip in the pool every night with our store bought beers and it smelled like chlorine so it was safe. The staff were very nice and wonderful. So, overall I recommend this place if you are on a budget, are only planning to spend a couple days there where you just need a room to sleep in and if you don't mind a cold, trickling shower."

"The rooms should be cleaner and the toilets needs refurbishing. Hot water should be available for guest to take hot showers. The breakfast is good but Graha should consider serving a more local morning breakfast so that the guests are able to try original Balinese food and culture or rather taste. Staff were very helpful and are able to speak reasonably good English. "

"Great value, didn't know what to expect for such low rate, turned out it's beautiful, I mean it's not 5-star or anything, but it worth the money I paid. Staff's very friendly and helpful. Spa's cheap yet clean and it gives brilliant massages. Location's good too, walkable from/to Monkey Forest. Only problem I see is the soundproof is poor, so I won't recommend this hotel to honeymooner."

"Yes we were in Udub one week in the beginning of february 08. Hotel staff was very friendly and service was good. Room was really spacious! Location is perfect ( midle of Monkey forrest road ). Breakfast ( continental ) was quite modest and international Tv-channels was not available."

"It was not nice but it was only for two night so then it was ok for us. But i donīt recomend this hotel to others. I think that you can pay just a little bit more money and get a much much nicer place to stay. Take care/ Hannah "
