| "A lovely designed and well maintained hotel at the beach. Relaxed environment, good service at the rooms and in the cosy restaurant. Prices for meals reasonable. Pools adequate for swimming as the beach allows to swim ONLY at high tide.
Some negative points> Front desk staff lacks professionalism. They are friendly but inefficient. Majority of the rooms face a garden and not the sea.
In comparison with other hotels in Sanur> this one is a very good deal, provided one books through Asiarooms." |

| "Our first night in Bali was in Griya Santrian and although we arrived in the middle of the night, we were immediately charmed by the room. All modern comfort and a beautiful room with good size, modern bathroom and balcony or patio - we loved it and we will surely go there again. Sanur is a lovely place to start visiting Bali - you can walk at the seaside on the promenade and enjoy sea and shopping!!" |

| "Griya Santrian is just lovely, right on the beach and the premises are very well-kept and clean. The sea water is not quite suitable for swimming (too many seaweed) but clean nonetheless. The hotel food is surprisingly cheap and tasty. Shops line up the streets so you can easily walk across and buy souvenirs and sundry. Totally romantic when you have your dinner in its restaurant which overlooks the beach. You will have no regrets staying there. I didn't. And best of all, it is in a relatively short driving distance (compared to from Kuta) to major tourist attractions such as Uluwatu (1 hour), Ubud (45 minutes). Just a note: If you are in Ubud, you must try the spa at Novena. It is extremely cheap (3 and a half hours) at only 180,000 Rupiah." |

| "This was my first time in Bali and it surely won't be my last. I really liked the Griya Santrian, the staff, the restaurants, the location, everything. The hotel is just the right size. We often found no need to leave the hotel because there was wonderful eating options within the hotel itself and the prices were more then reasonable. There were also many other options just minutes away from the hotel along the boardwalk.
I hope everyone has a good a time there as I did. I'll definetely be returning and especially to the Griya Santrian!" |

| "We arrived late at night and from our airport transfer (organised through the hotel) we felt like VIP's. Once at the hotel, check-in was speedy and our room outdid our expectations. The next morning we were surprised again at the beauty of the resort. We thoroughly enjoyed the in-house massage service - which saved us trying to find a "good" masseur - and we had I think 2 massages each over four days. All the meals were beautifully presented and tasty as well. The staff at Griya are wonderful, smiley, helpful and warm as well. We really needed a place to be pampered as we were very tired when we arrived. Our expectations were exceeded. We would definitely stay there again. " |

| "We loved our stay at Griya Santrian. The facilities in particular were great, with one main pool near the beach, and the smaller pool near reception. The smaller pool was in a beautiful setting and a bit quieter so it was lovely - especially with the friendly squirrels running around the trees! Both restaurants were tastefully furnished, and the Pizza restraurant had some great couches to sit on and watch people wandering past along the walkway. The beach at Sanur is not like a white sand Thailand beach and we didn't even gor for a swim in the sea, but despite that it is still a picturesque and beatufiful place to sit on one of the loungers on the baech. After visiting Nusa Dua, Kuta and Jimbaren, I think Sanur was the nicest overall beach/town, and Kuta was good to visit for shopping, and Jimaren for the seafood. Both not too far away." |

| "We spent 9 days at the Griya Santrian in june 2007,the service was fiendly, the grounds and pool areas immaculate and the location the best in SANUR. We would highly reccommend this as a choice of accommodation if you want relaxation and ambience. We stayed in the deluxe garden suite very roomy with great bathroom and huge balcony...Some of the rooms are currently being upgraded on the beach wing..but all are certainly acceptable...Top beach front location with numerous resturants close by..
