| "Hard Rock has the best location in Kuta area, right in front of the famous beach where all the surfers go, and very convenient for shopping..... but this is absolutely not a good choice if you are looking for the peacefulness and quietness of Bali, crowds are everywhere inside and around hotel. The service of the Hotel is very limited, we don't have a bellboy to bring our luggage to the reception or to our rooms........It is a hotel more for a family with kids, or if you never stay in Hard Rock or Disneyland hotels before, you can try once. " |

| "If you like the hectic pace of Kuta then the location is great. Otherwise go to Ubud! Room was fair. Filled up with mosquitos one evening and had to call for a quick spray. Service and food were great! No free wireless. VERY expensive drinks and food. Terrible TV sets and very very loud at night from nightclub in adjacent building." |

Hard Rock Hotel is a good hotel to stay. The room is spacious and service is good. And the location is very convenient. It's a pity my stay in the hotel is a short one, hence I didn't have a chance to fully utilise the facilities." |

| "Hardrock Hotels has many good things, but room is very terrible.
I have been to many hotels some countries.
I paid $130 per one day, I booked Deluxer Rate. I think it's not cheap. But room is very small and Bathroom has no shower booth.
Finally, sleepers are not free. I feel like shit!
But pool is great and it's located fantastic. This things are a great comport to me." |

| "Generally I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room but the facilities is acceptable.
I was very impressed with the service when my wife dropped her handphone around the pool area, their Lost & Found Department can actually tracked it down and call my mobile to inform me. Good job on this area and I am impressed!" |

| "BEAUTIFUL AND ORIGINAL HOTEL LOCATED IN THE HEART OF BALI'S ENTERTAINMENT ZONE...KUTA!!AN OASIS IN THIS BUSY PLACE,WITH A WONDERFUL POOL (THE BEST I EVER SEEN IN A HOTEL!!),A DISCOTEQUE AND VARIOUS RESTAURANT.
BEAUTIFUL AND COLORFUL ROOMS,CLEAN AND SPACIOUS.
I THINK THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IN BALI.
