I had been stayed in Hard Rock Hotel Bali during my trip to Bali in February 2006. Overall, the hotel seem nice with good location, services, friendliness, cleaniness etc etc.... But, I just don't think that its worth a 5 stars rating with such an expensive room rate.... Maybe, it should be rated as 4 stars, the most is 4.5 stars, and the room rate should be also be cheaper.
Things to highlight :
1. The swimming pool is very nice & romantic at night, esp. for the VIP room (you have your own small little romantic swimming pool).
2. The room comes with ceramic flooring, so it will be pretty cold even in the daytime.

| "I can't say enough good things about the Hard Roack Hotel! The facilities were amazing, and the rooms, cleanliness, food, and service all second to none. Nothing was ever a bother to all staff I encountered, the security measures were impressive to say the least, and the location across from the beach and close to everything was simply perfect for our combined fmaily needs. I'd recommend this hotel highly, and would not hesitate in statying there again. Just wonderful!!" |

| "Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali was for five nights in November 08. Our family of six had a wonderful experience. The Hard Rock Hotel service, rooms, grounds, staff and pool was fantastic. The security at the Hotel was very good and we felt safe at all times. We all would return to the Hard Rock Hotel. The bands that performed were great, and the noise factor when back at the room was basicly nil. We all Loved the friendly staff, including reception, security, activities and cleaning. The breakfast menu was 5 star. The pool was the best in Bali without doubt. We have travelled extensively in Asia and found the Hard Rock the Best! Thank you hard rock for a great 5 nights." |

| "Hotel was okay. Rooms were smaller than I anticipated particularly for a deluxe but everything was very clean. Very busy hotel - the staff gets a little overwhelmed at breakfast. Huge pool but limited loungers as the cabanas take up most of the prime locations. It appears to have an excellent kids center making this more of a family hotel." |

| "One word..... Fantastic! Super clean, great location, literally in the heart of KUTA!! Awesome/friendly staff. 5*'s highly recommended. Security was VERY thorough, i was EXTREMELY impressed with this. Comfortable beds, Hard Rock Cafe was a pleasure to dine in. Wawan and Suarta top notch attributes to this hotel. Well done, I will be recommending the hotel to all my friends and family.." |

| "definitely the best location in Bali, walking distance to the busy shopping street in kuta comes in very handy when you have some last minute shopping to do. the room is nice and the bath room is very clean and it comes with a big bath tub, my son love it!!
The beach in front of the hotel is very nice, my friend took on a short 2 hour surfing by a trainer for only 120K rupiah!
Only one problem, Mosquitoes!!! however the hotel does provide Mosquitoes repellent, but obviously it doesn't work well as my son does get some mosquitoes bite.
