We decided to stay at Hard Rock Hotel after we read all the comments on asiarooms.com. I think that's the best thing to do before we commit to anything, right?
We stayed there for more than a week in a deluxe room. And as expected from the reviews overall we had a good stay. However if we consider the price we paid, it was over priced - particularly for Bali standards. We had some nice experiences with some budget hotels in Bali before, and the prices were like less than half the price of this one.
The highlights about Hard Rock Hotel was the location and the swimming pool. These two things made us pay the high price tag. We were happy to see that the swimming pool was awesome, just like many others mentioned on their reviews here. Since the sea is quite rough in Bali (good for surfing though), swimming pool is the only way to refresh during the day.
If you read other's reviews, you'll also see that the noise can be a real issue. In our case it was not too bad. If it's too loud for you, try to change your room. A good sleep is always necessary!
The slippers in the room were about to cost us some cash. But once we made fun of it during check out, they removed it from our bill. It's ridiculous after paying more than USD1,000 for a room for 1 week, and asked to pay for slippers! The management should change this ASAP. No where on earth charge their clients for slippers, right?
Anyways, if you
- wanna enjoy in the heart of Bali,
- can handle the noise,
- can afford the price,
- like to swim in a gorgeous swimming pool
- enjoy "live" rock music
then go ahead, book it now.
By the way I want to thank to "asiarooms.com" as they make our bookings simple and easy. We just paid the price, and went to the hotel. It was all good! Please keep up the good work.

Hard Rock Hotel is a good hotel to stay. The room is spacious and service is good. And the location is very convenient. It's a pity my stay in the hotel is a short one, hence I didn't have a chance to fully utilise the facilities." |

I have been to many hotels some countries.
I paid $130 per one day, I booked Deluxer Rate. I think it's not cheap. But room is very small and Bathroom has no shower booth.
Finally, sleepers are not free. I feel like shit!
But pool is great and it's located fantastic. This things are a great comport to me." |

| "Generally I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room but the facilities is acceptable.
I was very impressed with the service when my wife dropped her handphone around the pool area, their Lost & Found Department can actually tracked it down and call my mobile to inform me. Good job on this area and I am impressed!" |
