Would I stay at this location

Absolutely!
I travelled with two kids this May to Harris. I was very pleasantly suprised by this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again next year if possible. And I will recommend this hotel to my friends. Escpecially the staff really did their best to make our stay pleasant. They were very friendly and spoke all really good english and some even fluently japanese. My compliments. My special thanks to Ikka at the Kidsclub for taking care of my children, Ngurah for entertaining them and the hotel manager Mr. Van Rooij for his hospitality.

"It was a lovely hotel, room was extremely clean and air con was amazing. Service was good and staff were friendly. Very good pool area and breakfast buffet was good too. Only reason I wouldn't stay there again is because I can get cheaper and tend to only sleep in a hotel and not use the facilities."

"The hotel is in fresh looking orange theme colour which we like it very much. It immediately catch our eyes and make us fresh after the tidious flight. On arrival, we were welcomed by the orangy fruit juice. The staff kindly help us to take photo with the drinks. The room is really big in size with long sofa. But really no time for us to enjoy it. The aromatherapy is something new for us. Loved it and makes us want to buy more in the market. The Buffet breakfast was good and not bored to any of the taste even after 2 days stay. On more thing is the staff at the concierge was really helpful. We were trying to contact our local tour guide and he helped us in the calling. Anyway, we ordered a Latte and a Cocktail from the bar. It only taste ok. If u really have no other option, just give it a try. "

"We checked in another hotel along Legian Street before we finally checked into Harris for one night only. We were drop dead excited after we entered into the room as the room was so spacious compared to Kuta Lagoon where we have stayed 3 nights. The location of the hotel is excellent (same row as Hard Rock) and it is less than 5 minutes walk to Kuta Square. Besides, the hotel is right in front of Kuta Beach so we went to the beach 2 times in the evening and one time in the morning where we took lots of pictures of the nice sunset. As requested, we got our room on high floor, a king size bed and the hotel offered a complimentary 15 minutes free massage for us. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, they will always smile and greet you! Not to forget, our flight was at 8pm at night and the staff actually informed that we could take shower at the waiting room which is right next to the hotel swimming pool where we could obtain the towel from the reception. In addition to that, the hotel also offers free shuttle service twice a day to some of the tourist attractions. It is really value for money and i would stay there again in my next visit! "

"We stayed at Harris for 2 different periods, and the first when we checked in at night, as compared to when we checked in the day were slightly different. We were given welcome drinks and free massage vouchers only when we checked in the day... The bath tub also seems to be leaking in the 2 different rooms we were given. The toilet flush in the first room had to be manually adjusted each time we used the flush, but it wasn't a big problem as well. Overall the room and facilities were average, and it was a good walking distance to the beach. It was further away to the Kuta shopping area though as compared to Mercure or Hard Rock. I also noticed that this problem is not particular to Harris only, but the mattresses in Bali seem to be the really bouncy sort, so any movement by your partner (if you are sharing the bed) is really quite noticeable."

"I really liked that the Harris Room comfortably could fit a third Bed (not a fold-out!) and we did not feel cramped! Breakfast was good, and staff friendly and helpful. At night the lane is a bit dark when returning to the hotel, but other than that it was an enjoyable stay. "
