| "Negatives - There were flies and insects in our room. The bathroom had moss on the tiles - gross. The cottages may have been better. Room itself was clean. Very old hotel. Beach around the hotel is also very dirty.
Buffett was OK and staff is very friendly. Right in the center of town." |

| "Inna Kuta Beach Hotel is strategically located in Kuta area. It is surrounded by shopping areas and 2 minutes away from the beach. Location wise is excellent. My wife and I had the deluxe room. It was quite disappointing because the room was small for a deluxe room and quite cramp. Nevertheless, the bathroom was clean. The breakfast menu was lousy and not tempting at all. There were flies around the pancake. The breakfast spread needs to be improved certainly. However, for budget travellers, it's value for money. " |

| "Unfortuantely we had to book into the hotel 1 day early.We got a pool side cottage. When I say poolside view i mean that just beyond the construction we could almost make out the pool. Lets keep this short shall we. Room was filthy, there was construction right outside the door, bathroom had seen better days..oh yeah and there was aerobics at 0700 on a Saturday morning that sounded as if it was on the cottage porch. Breakfast was not even of a average standard. We were moved to another room on different side of the hotel that was away from the work slightly better but again still not of a great standard. Swimming pool was terrible. The side of the pool was crumbling and there were roaches at the side of the pool and on the tables where we were relaxing there were prawn shells that had just been left and never cleared from an earlier meal. Along the road on the seafront there is an abondoned hotel that looks in a better condition than this one. I'll be moving in there next time " |

| "Overall a very good experience.
Very Large room with plenty of space. Bathroom and shower are a bit dated but not a problem.
Great location within walking distance of everything.
Late check out was promptly arranged.
Lots of construction work going on in the pool area but still plenty of available space.
