| "Stay was relax, place very nice, near beach and Centre, falicities was also good.
Couple things didnīt work properly ;
1) mini bar reestore
2) Even advise by Reception ,
Toilette water blocked
No hot water
The rest and in general, was positive.
We should come back...

| "Fantastic place - great location, clean, friendly and felt safe for singles and or familiies with children. I had a great view from my room but I wouldn't have enjoyed it if I had a room without the garden or pool view." |

| "My freind & I spent 7 nights at Jayakarta and found our stay here better than expected from other reviews we'd read. Breakfast was great every morning, banana pancakes were the best. Service was always friendly and fairly prompt. The furnishing's in our Deluxe room were dated but we only cared that it was clean & it was. Location is good right on the beach with places to eat & shopping all around & only a short cab ride to Kuta (approx AUD$2). From the amount of kids in the pools the Jayakarta seems to be family friendly as well. We will be going back to Bali next year and will stay here again." |

| "Although my stay was ok, I had no hot water the whole time I was there and informed staff of this 3-4 times and nothing ever got fixed nor did they move me to another room although a few other people I spoke to said they didnt have hot water either. The pool was nice and location good. I had a lot of drunk people running up and down the hall and making heaps of noise in the middle of the night and the cleaners were really loud in the morning. I still had to pay a late checkout fee which I thought they could have given for free seeing I had no hot water." |

| "Hotel is well located (in a rather calm area, but enough shops and restaurants are nearby) and it has a really nice and spacious pool area. The Hotel staff was very friendly and courteous.
Apart from having had a lot of ants in my room, the room was clean and it was nicely decorated. However, I'm doubting that the room (of deluxe category) and its amenity do justice the category of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was average (no wide selection) and breakfast room was definitely too small for so many guests. Overall the Jayakarta Hotel gives you a rather fair value for the price you pay (if you book online), however don't expect too much. I have already stayed in 3 star hotels, which were certainly better than this 4 star hotel.

| "Overall we loved the experience. Great parts were the friendly staff, extensive grounds & pools & the great breakfast. Room had a TV with no sound but we spent little time there anyway." |

| "It is a very good hotel, with some good facilities.
Two big swimming pool. The beach in front of the hotel is not so bad.
Good place to be before leaving Bali because not so far from the airport. " |

| "This was my 9th time in Bali however my first time staying a the Jayakarta. My husband and i enjoyed our stay,the deluxe room was basic but very net and tidy and the bed would have to be the most comfitalble i have ever sleep on (in a hotel), the pool area is also very nice. I would reccomend this hotel to people who want a good well priced hotel in a good location. " |
