No way!

I expected more of this hotel. It was quite expensive and for that money I expected a clean, nice and comfortable hotel. The towels were old and dirty (and small). The room was nice, but the curtains were dirty and it smelled like they've haven't cleaned it in a while. The pool was very small. The spa was nice, but again, it was dirty and old. The service was good. But overall, it looked better in the pictures than in real-life.

"Nice hotel and good value. The only problems were a/c too cold and impossible to change and tv set too small. Other than that, good experience."

"The resort should consider providing more frequent shuttle service to Ubud town, and also to have (free or paid) Internet services. The resort could consider setting up a reading corner or the like and provide (especially) newspapers or magazines for hotel guests."
