| "A good bargain for the price. The hotel hallways are dark and looks to be a bit dodgy but the rooms themselves are of ok size and tidy. Housekeeping mops the floor everyday so the floors are clean enough to walk barefoot. The beach is clean and is right next to the hotel pool. The breakfast buffet is pretty good (i.e. extensive selection). The only negative comment I had was that they need to throw away stained sheets instead of reusing them (the sheet was clean but obviously wasn't the most pleasant to use). Overall, I thought it met the Novotel standard." |

| "Novotel Coralia is a beautiful and peaceful resort that is far away from the bustling city area. Being near Tanjung Benoa, you have easy access to sea sports (however, pls be warned that the beaches are VERY dirty). Luckily Novotel has its own private beach, which was kept clean, and thus it's a good sunbathing spot. Rent a bike at their transportation counter for USD 20 and ride to Kuta or Jimbaran Beach (beautiful sunset), but it will be approximately 40mins of bike ride. I stayed in their superior room, it was kept v clean and is spacious with a balcony. The bath-tub was a lil old as you can see small spots of corrosion. But well, the room was overall v comfy. Do visit their Spa! Very relaxing corner and the prices they offered are competitive. Staffs in the hotel are v friendly as well. My thumbs up for Novotel if you're there for honeymoon, but if you're into shopping, you might want to reconsider as the location is really urban. " |

| "We enjoyed our stay. The facilities available were more than adequate. Ditto the cleanliness and service quality. Only minor wear-and-tear in the rooms. Nice pool, beach. Many hotel activities advertised (massage lessons, pingpong, music etc) though we didn't participate. Drinking water dispensers on each floor, although these were drained by nightfall.
Location: A bit remote, so cab rides a must. But if you are into so-called watersports, the location is ideal. Some local food within a 20-25 minute walk in either direction; many more 'restaurant'-type places that cater to tourists.

| "Upon arrival we never reveived a cold towel or welcome drink as all the other resorts do as a standard practice. The common areas of the hotel are adequate and the staff is friendly but overall you can find a better place for the money. The resort is about 15 years old but the rooms need to be renovated.
The free buffet breakfast was average but forgetable and the internet was very slow in the business center but we were charged for it anyway. The resort is divided into two parts separated by the main street that runs through the area. You have to pay more to stay on the better side of the resort which has the bigger pool and restaurants.
Bali was still very slow when we were there from the bombings in the last few years. But the Balinese people are very friendly although a bit financially burdoned these days. On the same vacation we travelled to the neighboring island of Lombok and visited the Novotel resort there and were totally amazed but their facilities and service.
For a little bit more money you could stay at the Melia resort in the Nusa Dua area on Bali for 5 star treatment! Thats my recommendation." |

| "The hotel has a nice and natural(esthetic) ambiance and a fine beach too.Unfortunately in the morning from 8 o'clock you will get ennoyed by the sound of many waterscooters and after a while you can even smell the petrol. Our beach bungalow, with a bath of natural stone in the backyard looks wonderful but is especially in the evening a plague because of the many agressive mosquitos. The service of the hotel is not bad but definitely not as good as in the other hotels we have visited at Bali(Hyatt,Ubud Hanging Gardens, Barong Resort).

| "This hotel is nicely situated almost at the end of Tanjong Benoa. If you like enjoying peace of mind, water sports, and nice sun-tan, this is a great place to pick.
The hotel also provides excellent spa service with nice ambient setup for couple especially, though price is slightly more expensive than the one my wife and I had at other areas.
The regret is seawater is not suitable for swimming. And, of course the other one is holiday being too short! " |

| "My second stay in Novotel. The room did not disappoint but this time round, I find the service staff not as friendly nor helpful. Perhaps they were too overworked as the hotel appears to be rather full or perhaps I have just visited Ubud and Amed where the people are far friendlier.
In any case, the overall stay was SATISFACTORY.
The food in the hotel remain fantastic, especially the breakfast and the pizza. The quality of the ice cream is also great." |
