"The hotel could not be faulted we were up graded as it was our wedding anniversary. The food was excellent and the room really good. Its A very attractive resort the staff could not do enough. It is a little pricey for drinks and food but that is to be expected in a 5 star hotel. We loved everything, very clean infact a little bit of paradise. "

"I was originally given a ground floor room that had a cot made up in addition to king size bed. This for one person. No welcoming fruits or flower petals on the bed. My air conditioner stopped during the night and I woke up very warm at 3AM. I complained to management and they sent a repairman. Next night same thing. Also sewer odor when flushing toilet. Then I was moved to another room and realized that new room had fresh fruit available and jasmine and hibiscus petals in the bathtub. And the air conditioner worked. The bathrooms could use some paint on the wooden framed mirrors. And some toilet venting. Sewer odor after using toilet. The grounds were immaculate. Mature gardens, lush vegetation. Buffet breakfast gave abundant choices. Staff friendly and helpful. It would be nice if persons traveling solo are given same consideration as couples. "

"Nice thing was I got my room upgraded with additional bed. Room service was punctual and food was tasty. The set back was the hotel driver that we chattered was not very familiar with the tourist spots, he could not find me a decent Balinese restaurant and the quality service was far below satisfactory when compare to the rental car and driver which I hired the 2nd day, the latter just excellent and I even hired him to fetch us from Ubud to airport on my return home. The floor level in the bathroom was bad and waterlog resulting."

"Good hotel, and very well maintained. The bathroom was a bit dirty but the room was certainly enjoyable as a whole. The beach directly in front of the hotel isn't very exciting and the tide makes swimming in the early day virtually impossible. Excellent breakfast buffett and great staff, I would recommend it for those who want to relax and not spend a great deal of money on a hotel. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Nusa Dua Resort. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. We stayed in both the Superior Room and Palace Club Room and both were excellent! There is also a good variety of food and snacks available in the inhouse restaurants. Large pool areas, lots of space to lie down and enjoy the sunshine and a great beach. Overall a 10 out of 10!"

"Great value for the money. Impressed with the good location and easy access to beach. Resort is a little "old fashioned" but presents itself well in the market place. It was nice not to have all brand oriented items affiliated with a mojor chain. We did not bring the children, but would next time. Very children friendly Resort. We will return! "

"Our stay at Nusa Dua was a four day stopover on our way home from Australia to the UK after 8 wks away - it was just perfect. Beautiful gardens - and beach. Little disappointed with the Raja restaurant slow service food didn't live up to our hopes. Beach setting for evening buffet and entertainment very atmospheric - buffet food a little on the cool side for our taste but a la carte was good."
