Having stayed at the Hotel Pamda with 2 teenagers we found that it fullfilled all our needs perfectly, such as conjoined rooms, big pool with swim up bar, in house restauarants, such as the pizza oven etc. It's proximity to Kuta made it very attractive for the shoppers amongst us and the surf break out the front gentle enough for the rusty surfers to update their skills gently.
The gardens were beautiful and were always being tidied and manicured. It was our oasis in amongst the chaos that is Bali.
Mosquitoes were regularly fogged and they were ever present in all areas outside the vicinity of the hotel anyway.
My only gripe was there didn't seem to be enough storage space in the room and the one time we rang for wine glasses they wouldn't send them wihout a food order.
Highly recommended!

| "A Beautiful hotel, awesome staff, situated in a fantastic spot. Within 5 minutes (in a taxi)to both Kuta and Seminyak, heaps of great restaurants and shopping walking distance from the hotel - stayed there on honeymoon - perfect!!" |

| "We have no complaints whatsoever, & when we did they were seen to eg. fridge not working. The staff were most impressive, friendly & communications skills great! The place was clean. We enjoyed our stay, even if we did have to secure our seats at the pool, thanks to the people who think they owned this hotel!!!My only suggestion is to make the signs in foreign languages so that others may enjoy the pool seating also. However these people are known for their rude& arrogant behaviour throughout the world!Breakfast was supurb as was any other meals we had there. We were surprised at how enjoyable our stay there was as we have read a lot of the trip advisor stories. We will definately stay there again, as it was close to everything we wanted to do, away from the hassles of Kuta, & not as quiet as Seminyak, just perfect for us!!Keep up the good work..Lee & Dave Gold coast Aust.." |

| "We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and definitely would come back again. We had booked the premier club chalet and on arrival were upgraded to the junior suite which was simply fabulous. The staff were ever so pleasant and the food was excellent. The hotel had its own spa, and the ambience was breath-taking (slightly pricey though). Would definitely recommend this hotel...extra privileges for those staying at the chalets/suites..with access to the garden club lounge...free drinks, food and cocktails..it was terrific!" |

| "For our honeymoon that lasted for 4 weeks, we stayed in 7 different hotels - every other hotel we stayed in was great - except for Padma.
- My wife got stabbed by a needle sticking out from the bed - when we complained they send a sweing set - no apologies - shokinng.
- Location of Legian is a stinker - It is between Kuta & Saminayak - if you want to go basic Kuta is the choice, if you want upscale Saminayak - Forget Legian.
- Hotel has more than 500 rooms with many conferences going on at the same time - we had loud speakers untill 11:30. If you are looking for good service - don't look at Padma - every restorent had buffet meal because of the packaged turists.
- The room were less than basic with bad smell. You expect more when you have spend £150 or $300 per night. We paid $50 more to get the villa which was more like $100 room." |

| "If you want to be near the action of Kuta/Legian the Padma is a good choice. The 5 star rating is impossible to fanthom unless you step up to a Garden Club Chalet or better. Decent restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance (basically as soon as you step off the hotel grounds). " |
