I find the staff very friendly from the day I check into the hotel. On my return to Malaysia I absent mindedly left my backpack at the hotel lobby and only discovered it when I was at the airport. With the help of the airport security i contacted the hotel front desk and told them about my missing backpack. The lady supervisor at that time sent my backpack to me at the airport without charge even though I am most willing to pay for the inconvenience caused. I am most grateful to her, the airport staff who helped me and the hotel staff for looking into my problem.
As for the facilities in the hotel, I would suggest that a kettle jug be provided in the standard room for guest to boil water or provide a water dispenser on the corriders leading to the rooms.
I have read of guest complaining of unfriendly hotel staff in many reviews. But, I believe if guest shows respect to the hotel staff , I believe you will receive in return.
Keep up the good work of assisting your guest problems. I would recommend potential guest to stay in Palm Beach International hotel for its friendly service and good location with the beach nearby and the Discovery Mall 10-15 minutes walk away. And also many nice restaurants nearby." |

| "Have stayed here 15 times over 13 years.Is a quiet hotel in a good location, close to beach with great gardens and very good pool. Honest, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent authentic Balinese food if ordered the day before. Bathrooms in most rooms need improving, but overall great value for money." |
