| "The breakfast was of poor quality and the completeness of it was not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, more 3 star. Furthermore there was sometimes cold water only instead of warm. Overall it was ok." |

| "Was very dissapointed.It was supposed to be a 5 star.Rooms were nice but the facilities snd services are worse than a three star.We ha had breakfast included for our entire stay but used it twice.The food was ordinary couldnt find a clean table to sit at and noone to be seen with coffee.House keeping bit slack they would take the towels and bath mat somedays and only give 1 towel and no mat.Toilet constant problem.Pool bar states it closes at 10pm,went down one night for a drink and a desert at 9.40pm and was told it was closed.When asked the waiter behind bar what time tey closed he looked at the clock(9.40pm) and told me 10pm.
overall it is in a good location and is comfortable but shoildnt be charged 5 star pricing for it!!!" |

| "Nice hotel, great location and good value. Staff were very accomodating and never had any problems or requests that weren't met. Business Centre wasn't the greatest but then again we only tried to use it once. Good breakfast. " |

| "Our first time stay in Paradiso greeted by creepy
crawlies like roaches in the toilet! We booked a pool
view room but got palm trees view blockage instead.
At the reception check-in,we had to wait some time for
service.This is bad for a first impression of the hotel.At breakfast,I personally on two occasions had to clear plates myself!
Like the front entrance showing barong dance fountain.
One more thing,why so unusual no TV remote in our rooms.There's a central control fixed on the beside table. So strange indeed.
Anyway,please improve on the above negatives if you want to attract tourists to stay there.

| "We stayed for 7 days and couldnt have picked a better place to stay. We go to Bali at least once a year and we will always stay at Paradiso in the future. The staff were all extremely helpful and they always had a happy smile on there face. The hotel is central to everything. Thanks for making our holiday even more special." |

| "Overall the room was really nice. Only problem on our side of the room (garden view) was that there was a noisy bar outside that had quite loud music that went on till midnight. But it was not too bad. The pool was really great, breakfast buffet also very good. We would stay there again, as the location was also very convenient. Caution - Don't use the taxi and tour service that the hotel has just outside on the premises. They were at least 50% to 100% more expensive. Collect tour brochures at the airport when you are in line for visa, and call them. You get a much better deal. We took a tour with the hotel service, and it was just the driver and no guide. We used Bali Artistic Tours , and were happy with their service. Even for renting taxi for a day, they were cheaper." |

| "stayed the year before in Bali Garden which is a 3 star hotel which was better.
Paradiso is supposed to be a 5 star hotel
it is the worst 5 star hotel i have ever stayed in and
is not value for money. The rooms are very small the
service is very average. The internet facilities are only available till 5pm. Would not stay at that hotel ever again." |

| "The outstanding thing about KP is the price-value we got for our stay. It was almost a steal considering the high level of service, proximity to popular visitor spots, and quality of the room/bathroom we got. For a 5D4N trip, KP is ideal. " |
