our bed room either too late or did not clean till late afternoon.we realized that they Esometimes used the same used bed cover or bed sheet from the day before.We would say that most of the bed sheets used at the hotel should not be offered for european tourist.At the last day,early in the morning before leaving the hotel they charged us Rp 255.000 for dirty sheets though we have had no intention to smear those things.At the reception they just told us that they can`t wash them.Even if it was true,the room service should tell the guest at the day when it happened but not wait until departure time.One day before check out we expressed our wish to give us breakfast box.At the airport we realized that we they give us just 1 croissant,1 small domestic apple,1 small tube aqua.Thatīs all.Basta.No butter,no jam.We donīt think that the hotel manager would accept such a breakfast box for himself as a guest in an international hotel class.Would he? We are really sorry for writing you this comment.But we have to.....We think this is a serious case for hotel bussines. We have been staying in different hotels in Kuta ,Legian,Nusa Dua and Sanur with our own tourist group but this is the first time for us to have such experience.Thank you

| "The service food and cleanliness were excellent. The staff were very polite. It is a pity they do not have there own transport to and from the airport as we were ripped off a few times by taxi drivers. But over all we would not hesitate to go there again. " |

| "This hotel I have stayed at many times, however over the last few years it seems to be loosing the qaulity it was always well known for. It is still a nice hotel and I would confidently recommend it anyone. Great pool, most of the staff are great. I do not recommend having breakfast there, they try to cater to European tastes but it just does not work, I ended up going out to a cafe for a real english(well close) breackfast. Apart from those few things, I give it the thumbs up." |

| "Nice location, close to Discovery Shopping Mall. All the staff are courtesy and bear a warm smile. Our balcony is face to the swimming pool, which is nice.
Room is little bit old and I hate the potted plant inside our room as it attracts mosquitos. But the room size is big and it's clean. Overall is good which compare with the value, we'll stay again." |
