| "we were very disappointed in this hotel. The bathroom was disgusting it smelt constantly of stale urine and had mould all over the tiles, shower floor and even the bathroom door. The sheets and towels were all very worn and stained and they were always running out.
In true Balinese style the staff were lovely and very friendly, unfortunately it did not make up for the poor state of this hotel. It needs a severe upgrade!" |

| "We got a standard room and the bed sheets and towels were stained, the room smelt, everything in the room was broken and electrical plugs hanging out of the walls. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures!!!
Friends of ours left the hotel it was that bad!
we upgraded to a deluxe room which was a bit better. Breakfast or room service wasnt great!
i have stayed in many 3 star hotels in Bali and this hotel does not live up to the 3 star rating.

| "I went over there with my wife on our honeymoon and we had a great time. the staff are friendly and great. the resort was very clean, our room was great.. everything was great. we will defintly stay there again.

| "Fantastic staff. VERY responsive and helpful.
We stayed in a super deluxe room. Room itself was great. Size and appointments were nice. Bed comfortable. Asked for and received smaller pillows.
Only complaint was the shower/bathtub.
Hotel rooms are undergoing renovations as it operates...NO PROBLEM. They don't start until 9 am and stop by 5 pm.
We travel to Bali twice a year. First time at this hotel. Will definitely go back. Very convenient location if you like to walk and shop. From there you can go left to Kuta or right to Seminyak.
And oh, did I mention the great staff!!!" |

-Location
-Swimming pool
-Friendly staff
-Helpful and honest tour agent stationed in hotel
-Security
Cons:
-Rooms on ground floor of garden view rooms better maintained then those on 2nd level
-Room service is atrocious
-Breakfast needs major improvement
