We have just returned from our honeymoon, some of which was spent at the Pavilions resort. We absolutely loved this place, everything was perfect. The accommodation is great, lots of space, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We had a one bedroom garden villa, we are glad we didn't go for a pool villa, as we were right next to the pool and it was usually quiet. The villa was also very spacious for the two of us. What we liked about the resort is that it is small, hidden away but still there is everything you need. If you are looking for peace and quiet and relaxation in beautiful surroundings, then the Pavilions are ideal. The staff also do so much to make your stay special. My favourite aspect of our stay was our evening meals, wow. It was by far and away the best meal we had all holiday and being our honeymoon we ate at the best restaurants on the island. It was made even more special as we dined by the candle lit pool on a night time.

| "The Pavillions hotel is set away from the main road.It is very peaceful. We stayed in a garden villa.Because other villas have their own swimming pool, the communual swimming pool was usually very quiet and with plenty of sunbeds. The only problem we had was with the water supply in the shower. They did try and fix it and fitted a new boiler immediately. This only solved the problem for one evening. We had either boiling hot or no water at all.Although this did not spoil our stay at the Pavillions we should perhaps have complained more. The staff were always very helpfull and friendly. " |

| "Pavilion Hotel is not a real Hotel, it is a set of 20+ private Vilas located near Sanur Beach.
Location
To the beach it is about 300 meters wealking across the street, the beach however is not too nice. The hotel has a small own beach and they get you there by car but the sand is not as nice as you would expect.
Just outside the hotel you will find lots of good restaurants, shops etc. - just anything you need but like Sanur is a bit more silent than other parts of Bali, especially Kuta Beach.
Rooms
We had a Pool Villa and this one is really amazing. The pool is 10x4 m (big!!!), there are two floors nicely decorateds with flatscreen TV, Music, a big and very comfortable sofa, kitchen... anything you need. Frankly we stayed at our private pool most of the time .
Service
Very nice people, lots of staff for just a few clients. Food is very good at very very reasonable prices taken the standard of the Hotel.
Other Services
Well, there is Internet at the Lobby, a so-and-so a bit overpriced Spa and that is more or less it. No problem for us.
We can really recommend the Pavilion, it is extremely well managed and a very good deal! The perfect romantic getaway in Bali!

| "A dream. Service on top with breakfast and newspaper served at the pavilion each morning, water for the night prepared on the board of the bed each evening. Beautiful decoration with focus for each single detail. Marveleous gardens, very good romantic restaurant. Very gentle service persons. " |

| "The villa is very big and clean by hotel standards. The room, small garden (w/o pool) as well as the entire surrounding are very nicely done up. A lot of efforts and investment must have been spent on the renovation. Even small items like the cultery set, bathroom items and decoration accessories are very well-matched. The place has a very traditional balinese feel. Service staff are courteous and helpful. But location is not fantastic although there are lots of shops alongs the street. One major minus I noticed is that the common pool is not very well maintain, maybe due to under-utilisation as most villas have private pools." |
