| "The hotel was very nice in most aspects. It's location was at the far end of the main area which meant a long walk to most other places.
The room smelt and there was damp on the walls from the A/C. They fixed the A/C but the damp remained.
The prices were far too expensive in the resturant and spa, they were European prices!!!
Whilst no faults the service was impersonal and we had much better service and feeling at other hotels (Febris - Kuta, Flashbacks - Sanur and Tegal Sari - Ubud)." |

swimming pool with more than 3.5m deep." |

| "This hotel is a mixed bag. First the negatives. The hotel is a long way out of town so it means just to eat elsewhere you will need to have the hotel reception call a taxi for you. The up side is that the fare is very cheap. The hotel has most things you would expect and in fact the longer we stayed the more we liked it. Having visited Bali regularly since 1980, this hotel is in the upper levels and I would recommend it." |

| "3 years ago we visit the sister hotel at Lovina. In relation to this sister hotel Puri Bagus in Candidasa was a very disapointing experience for us. The hotel needs maintenance (f.i. coffeemachine for a long time broken, holes in the swimmingpool towels, chairs at the swimmingpool needs urgently maintenance, the mainbuilding too!). Service (except reception) was very poor. Food: go for a good meal to Candidasa!
The look over the sea is beautifull! Special berths are located along the shore. If you like you can get a massage at those berths (good experience).

| " This place is futher out from the main drag, so quiet. Loved the massages professinal and inexpensive. The food was good. They had a coverd bed on stilts on the beach that was my favorite place to read. All the best of the beach but no sand." |

| "Great hotel!
Room #216 was very nice with outdoor bathroom.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Fantastic relaxation platforms facing the Beach (very romantic !)
Unfortunately SPA rates are a bit high (but facilities are beautiful and service is good).
Breakfast is wonderful but restaurant could improve (foodwise).
Candidasa however is a very small and quiet place. Few restaurants, almost no shopping places. OK for travellers who want to RELAX ONLY !" |

| "This little gem is so wonderfuland quite private and very safe. The food was very good and the service was top drawer. Everyone was pleasant and most helpful. The bathroom (outside) OMG. Anyhow, it was so fine. " |
