The Hotel was very nice but we did not get everything we asked for. We asked for ground floor and were put up on the third floor. We also requested late checkout as we were on a midnight flight but the Hotel was not given this request from you and we had to vacate at 12.00 noon as they were booked out. They were very apologetic and did offer us a shower and fresh towels if we wanted this.
We were not happy with not having a late checkout.
Yours sincerely,
Sandra Dent

| "Room was really really big as what I read from other reviews. Staff are friendly, and what's more? There is 2 PC with free internet access in their lounge.
Has 3 swimming pools, not too big though, but nevertheless, not bad for just sitting and sun tanning on the benches.
Beach wise, i must say that the sand is a bit rough and grainy. Good view, but like all beaches around there, not advisable to be running in the sand barefooted as there are many small seashell fragments in the sand.
A couple of small restaurant by the sea for dinner with relatively good food and affordable prices. If you need something cheaper, go out by the main gate, and the restaurant just on the left serves cheaper food and good as well, though I waited quite some time for my food because of the crowds there.
Overall, this is a good place to just sit back, relax and unwind." |

| "We stayed in this hotel last year in the smaller rooms in the garden section but much prefer the Club suites, well worth the little bit extra you pay for them.' The staff are brilliant and so helpful and always smiling.
Previous to that we stayed at the 'sister' hotel - Griya Santrian, just as good, slightly smaller complex further along in Sanur.
The only downside to the stay at the Puri, the club suites get afternoon tea thrown in, but we were told we didn't qualify as we had paid for full American breakfast (when booking) even though we only ate continental. Seems the booking just said 'incl breakfast' without being given a choice or told that a Continental included afternoon tea. So next year when we go again we will look further into this..As we will definitely be going back to the Puri Santrian. " |

| "A very pleasant resort hotel in quiet Sanur. The kid free club rooms and pool were worth the few extra dollars. Local restaurants are excellent." |

| "The room was nice everything worked well. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Two swimming pools, my only complaint being the water was colder than usual Bali pools.Staff were great, nothing was too much bother.
Would definitley stay here again. Lots of new good quality restaurants have opened in the vicinity. Mostly European clientele in the hotel." |
