"Very nice hotel at a great location. This was my second visit to this hotel and I can recommend it to anyone. Would be great if this Hotel would have a departure lounge as another hotel in the same vicinity offers."

"a little problem at check for the kind of room booked. they want to make an downgrade. The room is good but the bathroom without separate shower and too small. the service many times is not no fast. internet service more expensive than 5 star luxury hotels. the beach it impossible to use. we have to stay on the garden"

"Stayed at Hotel for 3 nights, excellent location, a very short walk to discovery mall where lots of eating places are located. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and polite staff. Great value for $$."

"Unfortunately my stay was ruined by the (non) reaction of hotel staff to a missing item from my room. In short, a blatant theft by the hotel staff ! Upon check out at 12 o'clock I mistakenly forgot to take my favorite pair of levi jeans from the closet. My partner had seen them there as she was taking her clothes to pack. I realised this at 5pm when I was dressing for my flight home and raced back to the hotel. The reception staff thought it was funny and made no effort to locate the jeans. I literally had to force the hotel staff to use a spare key to enter the room. The jeans were no longer present in the room and new guests had checked in to the room. Then my partner arrived and started talking to the hotel staff in Indonesian. They seemed to think it was a big joke and not their problem. At that point I went back to the room and the new occupants (elderly couple) from America confirmed the jeans were not present upon check-in. It was clear that the housekeeping department had taken the jeans as their own property. What type of hotel does not even leave lost property for at least a day in the Lost Property section ? Dishonest and unaccountable staff ! "

"I had called the day of arrival to arrange transport and provided details of my flight time and explained I was arriving early morning in a few hours. The receptionist failed to inform me that my booking dates were actually wrong. When I arrived at the airport the transfer from the hotel was not around. When I called up, I was told that the driver was busy and I had to wait. I ended up waiting half an hour. Upon arrival due to the mix up with booking dates the rooms were full and they upgraded us to a family room which was not clean and the bathroom tub was in need of repair. The tile had fallen off. Overall service/politeness was bad and it was unclean. I'm sorry."
