| "What a great hotel! The service is flawless. There is nothing the staff won't do for you and there is no request too difficult. The property is flawlessly clean as are the rooms. They will even fold your clothes and leave them on the bed! The food is very good including the breakfast buffet. I coudn't think of a better place in Bali to stay. BUT....Being the last hotel on the Nusa Dua/Benoa strip, it is far from the action. Good if you want peace and quiet, bad if you want Kuta action. They do have a daily shuttle (will save you IR 70,000). So if you don't mind spending USD$ 7.00 each way then there is no issue. The hotel is on the beach but it is a harbour. They have a beach property not far and shuttle guests." |

| "Wonderful experience all round. Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful; the room was large, clean and very comfortable; and both pool areas were lovely. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants somewhere reasonably quiet yet close enough to restaurants and shopping. " |

| "Overall the stay was indeed pleasent with this resort. The staff was friendly and attended to our problem immediately as the 1st room given to us has a foul stench from the toilet. They immediately relocated us and even gave us some options on other available rooms for us to choose. Well done!!
I would say the resort is suitable for water sports activists as the resort beach caters for that, not suitable for swimming. But it is more quiet than Kuta Beach so for relaxation, this is the place. They also provide free shuttle service to Geger Beach which is wonderful to spend the whole day there sunbathing and swimming, and get relaxing massages from the locals there.
The Resort Pool and Beachside Pool are both great! Plenty of Gazebo to loath around and food is also nice! Breakfast buffet has limited selection.
Only dissappointing part is that the resort is located at the end of Nusa Dua, nothing much to walk around or shop. And travelling to other parts of Bali can be a bit difficult, mainly depending on their shuttle service or taxi." |

| "Positives: Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. The service was very good and the people very pleasant. The hotel grounds were stunning, as was the Tao restaurant and ocean side pool - REALLY stunning. Room service menus were good also.
Negatives: Location was way too far from any of the local places of interest. What was saved in room rates was made up for in transportation costs. The breakfast buffet was very mediocre and not too enjoyable. The ocean swimming section was a small, cordoned-off area that was surrounded on all sides by parasailers, jet-skiers and boats - a bit too "busy" to properly relax.
Overall: good value for money. Personally would not stay there again solely because of the distances involved to get to Kuta/Seminyak/Legian areas. But if you are keen to just hang out within the grounds and relax by the pools, this is a GREAT option..." |

| "Beautiful architecture typical for Bali. Nice Garden with canals full of beautiful fish. Big pool on the hotel ground and another smaller pool on the beach area opposite the hotel. With a very good restaurant beside ("TAO") which serves excellent food decoreated with love and style.
The breakfest buffet had a big variety: continental, american & asian (chinese) breakfast. The breakfast room was on the ground floor with open sides to the garden. One felt as sitting outside.
The buffet for the performance evening was not what it promissed to be - we were a little dissapointed.
But still - knowing this, we will return to the hotel Ramada Benoa again.
The staff of the hotel was always lovely and helpfull. " |

| "Only two points prevent this hotel from being a perfect place to stay in at any time: 1) the sea is occupied by boats and tourist nautic entertainments which makes it impossible to swim in and 2) the tennis court surface is not in perfect condition. Otherwise rooms, facilities service, food etc are at the highest level." |

| ""A wonderful stay here. The room is very spacious & so is the bathroom. Over 30 sattelite TV channels available! HBO, Star movie, yes! If you ever need to iron shirts, you need to request for it. Best pool ever found! Very relaxing. Garden is very natural & green. Buffet breakfast is great, restaurant atmosphere very nice. The hotel beach is not so nice, more like a fishing village beach, lots of boats, and watersports. Surrounding within 500m, nothing much to see except the art centre. The farthest hotel on Benoa, but a real place for relaxation. Hotel staff very friendly & greeted us everywhere we go. For the money that we paid, this hotel is TOP rated. No regrets. Full of satisfaction only."" |
