| "The hotel is really good, 2nd time this year we have been there, recommend the pool side cottages, they were the pick of the house.Breakfast is a bit average, but how much can you eat, otherwise very good, perfect location to everything, very friendly staff and felt very safe." |

| "An excellent location and ideally suited for anyone wishing to experience the culture of Kuta. It is most certainly an oasis in the middle of a manic tourist area and the hotel frontage belies the tranquility beyond its doors.
We had a room on the club floor and enjoyed its service. There were aspects of the room which in my opinion required some minor renovations but overall the room was extremely good. We stayed 3 days which was sufficient for us but it would be good for a week, probably Kuta would make you move before the hotel does.
The food was of 3-4* standard and certainly the staff were excellent and the breakfasts were plentiful. The pool area is lovely and one of the best mid priced hotels I have come across in Bali.
If rooms are your thing then the club rooms I would most certainly recommend only ask for the ones facing the ocean rather than the town." |

| "This is the second time we have stayed at the Ramayana and upgraded and treated ourselves to a Resort Club room. Hoping to get an eastern room (to avoid the hot afternoon sun) we could only get a western room because of demand. Not really a problem as, although the room was a bit hot upon entering, the efficient air conditioner soon cooled it down. The facilities in these rooms are quite good although the mini bar fridge is sparsely stacked but the hotel did supply two free bottles of water per day. Jug and tea making facilities are also available but no fresh milk is supplied (mini market downstairs). This was really no problem as each day the hotel supplied vouchers for a free sumptuous afternoon tea as well as vouchers for daily evening cocktails and a massage and welcome drink. The breakfasts there are excellent as are the attached restaurants, cafes and bars which represent exceptional value and quality. The only negative was that our bathroom was at times a bit smelly (soon dispelled by air conditioner) and the water pressure in the shower was quite poor which may have had something to do with it being on the top floor. Overall the hotel is quite good and represents excellent value, especially if you stay in some of the cheaper rooms which are very competitive with similar hotels. Facilities are clean and well maintained and the two pools are very clean and not crowded. Generally the staff are very pleasant, friendly and helpful but at times you do get the impression that they sometimes lack guidance from senior staff - especially at the front desk where in busy periods they appear to be overwhelmed trying to cope. Despite these minor negatives, you can feel confident about staying at this fine, well positioned hotel." |

| "When we arrived in Bali we were staying in another hotel and we went to confirm our room two days prior to moving to the hotel we were told it was fine ground floor poolside cottage as requested when we arrived to book in we were tolkd that there was no poolside cottage and that we were on the fourth floor after much discussion we were told that we could move in after another 2 nights this was not acceptable as we had paid for a poolside cottage which where more expensive we where not offered any compensation for this . When we were about to head home I went to check about our late check out and was informed that it would cost us an extra $75US which I stated I would not pay as I believed that this could have been some compensation for the inconvenience the hotel caused In the end the manager agreed for us to have a late check out with out charge .There is no service around the pool at all if you require a drink or food you have to go to the main resauant and order it. There is a pool bar being built the service may improve once this is open.I found that the staff were not as friendly as other hotels that we have stayed in on our numerous trips to Bali. Overall I would not stay here again. " |

| " The hotel was near the shopping district and the beach was 2 blocks away.
The room was comfortable. Liked having the safe in the room. Enjoyed having morning coffee outside on the balcony.
The buffet breakfast was delicious and the variety meet the tastes of the tourists. Ate supper there one night and was not disappointed.
The staff was friendly and helpful. " |

| "I really enjoyed my stay at Ramayana hotel. I was alone and the hotel was OK for me, the location - although quite noisy, especially when you have a room overlooking the city - was perfect for me. My room had garden view, so it was very quiet. 5 minutes walk to Kuta beach, lots of shops nearby, I just never got bored during my stay there :) You can easily get anywhere from there to just about any place on the island - e.g. with a cab. As for the breakfast, it was very good - with a lot to choose from. The room (I stayed at deluxe room) was very spacious, with a huge bed, nice bathroom, all very clean. The staff at Ramayana is excellent, very nice! I would porobably stay there again as it's very good value for money." |

| "The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The dining, service and food at the Gabah restaurant was excellent and the Stadium Cafe was great for something different.
The spa was excellent. This was my second stay at the Ramayana and will definitely not be my last." |

| "The service was excellent, the restaurant was very good. The staff did their utmost to give me a very good room, and make my stay a very pleasant one. I also want to specially mention staffmember Gusti Raka who did his utmost to give me a better room as there were issues with my room,I want to thank him again for this. Thank you very much " |

| "Executive deluxe rooms bathrooms could use some freshing up. Cleaned every day but still a little bit weary. Our balcony facing the street was the tiniest of all, neighbours had bigger ones. In our balcony there was only room for one little chair. The pool area will propably be nicer when they finish building the pool bar house. End of June there was constant noise from the construction site. Service was good and friendly.
On the second part of our stay we got upgraded to a pool resort room, very nice room with a big balcony and big bathroom. A/C broke down but got fixed very fast after we called the reception.
The restaurants in the hotel serve very good food but the prices are rather high compared to the overall price level in Kuta.
