My business partner and I stayed for four nights in June 2007. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, the grounds were very attractive and the walkways level. Our deluxe room was clean and well decorated with great air conditioning. We ate breakfast in the hotel's restaurant adjacent to the beach and the food would probably be described as average. As there are so many great places to eat in Sanur we only had dinner at the hotel two of the four nights, again average. The spa staff were great and we enjoyed the massage we received. The pool was also very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay very much, it was good value and I intend to stay there again soon.

| "very nice bungalows,clean, only problem was the shower ,water too hot and not possible to mix with cold water ( roomnr 9)
Unfortenately not repaired after my demand.As we stayed only 4 days it was not rally problem for us but when you will stay longer then of course not convenient
Service staff very kind and helpfull,
Most enjoyable stay in this hotel for us " |

| "This hotel was in a great location, on the beach and near many resturants and the market. It was not too big so you did get to meet other guests and got to know the staff. It was comfortable and clean but nothing flash, but more than sufficient to meet our needs as we were not in the room very much. I would certainly consider staying here again." |

| "There really is no sea view room. You have to look through the very corner of one window and look past the restaurant to see any beach. This is definitely not worth paying extra for. The room was clean, but the bathroom had mold on the sink and shower. The water pressure in the shower would turn into a trickle at times. The hotel is also not in a great location, and the beaches were rather dirty. I didn't think it was a good value at all. The staff were very nice and the room itself was clean, except that we had to kill about ten mosquitoes. " |
