Extremely enjoyable stay. Hotel was excellent value for money and exactly what we were looking for - very relaxing and quiet. Spa was excellent value for money. Buy one Get one free cocktails at sunset went down very well!
Food was average in terms of quality, but good choice and good prices.
Staff excellent - very friendly and welcoming. Would certainly consider staying here again!

| "The overall experience was quite pleasant - facilities for children, good pool size, fairly decent selection of breakfast choices, polite staff. One point to note however is that: I had indicated during my booking that I will be checking in late and was quite surprised that when I arrived at the hotel, the rooms was not ready (I had requested for an extra bed) and with two young children I explained that I will need a twin bed instead of two single beds but the hotel front desk was not quite accomodating." |

| "Nice hotel to stay µ1 or 2 nights. Good facilities, a lot of restaurant, big swimming pool. Staff is very professional. However the overall atmosphere is impersonel and not very sweet. " |

Directly on the beach, the bathroom only provid a spacious shower and no bath. Clean big room, nice balcony at the superior room. Good housekeeping, very clean resort. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Two swimming pools. Towelservice at the beach, only complaint on that is the claiming of the best chairs at the pool in the morning by lying down the towel and not using it only after hours, should recommend at regulation on that.
You can directly outside the Hotel book independ travelarrangents for siteseeing the Island of Bali at cheaper prices then in The Hotel. Same for Taxi!
