| "We checked in during end May with our 1 year old and parents. We enjoyed our stay there. Apart from being a little away from the town center, its a nice place to relax.
eventhough theres a "short" cut through Monkey forest but its quite a distant on foot. There's a free shuttle almost every 2 hours to Ary's Warung. Otherwise its 5000RPH per person for shuttle to town. The ride back range about 10,000RPH a trip from the local private taxi. Quite a few established restaurants provide pick up and return shuttle services for free. eg. Bebek Bengil provide such service. You just have to ask the hotel to book in advance.
Plenty of free DVD to borrow from the hotel library to watch in your room. Children titles can be easily purchase in music shops in Ubud. 15000rph ea.
The hotel has seen better days but the staff will gladly fix any glitches in the rooms. I had a faulty TV and a leaky faucet replaced in no time.
All in all its great value for money and we enjoyed our stay.
*because the villas are perched on hill sides, plenty of steps to navigate-- may not be suitable for people with bad knees or have difficulties climbing.

| "This hotel is a real paradise retreat.
A bit outside of Ubud, but a free shuttlebus is available.
The service is good, staff is friendly and helpful.
The food at the restaurant is good.

| "In a word - Paradise! The outdoor bathroom was great. Just the view from your room is worth the stay. A shuttle is available to Ubid however if you like to walk it is quite 'walkable'. The grounds and pool area are simply outstanding. Staff turn down your beds in the evening and light mozzie coils for you. One possible downide is the site is VERY steep with LOT'S of steps. If you are elderly or have difficulty with climbing steps this may not be the place for you." |

| "The Legong Suite was excellent - large room with views of palm trees, and a view of the river from the balcony. Good service, although a bit of a distance from Ubud centre (though the courtesy car was cheap and speedy). " |

| "We arrived for our honeymoon and were told we had been upgraded to the honeymoon suite. We were very excited till we saw the room. It was dark, damp and dirty. It felt oppressive. We asked to see other rooms and we took the Aga suite. It was ok but a bit small. I did like the outdoor shower. The setting is quite beautiful and the pool is good. Overall, however, we were very disappointed with the experience. Perhaps this was because we had such high hopes. We were booked in for six nights, but left after three. The hotel refused to give us a refund for the remaining three nights." |

| "We both agree that this hotel is the best value for mondey of any similar property we have stayed in on three visits to Bali and it is the first place we will return to when we visit Ubud again. The setting overlooking the river and tropical jungle is quite beautiful; the breakfast was excellent and pleasantly and professionally served and the shuttle-bus dropped guests in to the centre of Ubud so distance was no problem.
It is an excellent choice." |

| "very Good breakfast nice decor nice bath nice landscaping but little bit dangerous if your child is wandering around alone as there is a risk of falling into ponds and down small cliffs which have no fencing or walls around them we will definetly stay there again" |
