| "The hospitality and service of the staff of Tepi Sawah villas are fantastic. Right from the moment when we checked in, my friends and I were impressed by their attentiveness and helpfulness. They do go the extra mile to make your stay memorable.
The room is clean, big and smells fresh and nice! Everything is well prepared, from the flowers adorning the bath tub to the mozzie repellent we found in our garden, to the electrical plugged-in mozzie repellent!
Towels are also clean and freshly scented.
We tried their room service and Tepi Sawah Restaurant lives up to their standard as their food is really tasty, tantalising and yummy! Do try their pork ribs and crispy duck.
There is alot of privacy if that's what you are looking for.
They provide free shuttle service from the villa to the ubud center and one of their drivers, Dira, is very helpful and always punctual.

| "The service at Tepi Sawah Villas is really impressive! My friends and I were exploring the villa's swimming pool's area in a lovely light drizzle and the staff promptly brought us a couple of umbrellas to keep us from getting wet. A really sweet gesture!
The rooms were cleaned twice daily. The bathrooms were spotless everytime we got back to our rooms! Once we were planning to head back to the Tepi Sawah Restaurant for dinner but got back too late, right after the restaurant was closed. However their staff offered to prepared our food and have them served through room service, which was very prompt and left us satisfied with the superb culinary skills of the chefs'. Highly recommended are the Pork Ribs and Fried Duck!
The staff in Tepi Sawah have really been helpful with planning some of our activities including the cycling trip down the mountains and also the highly recommended Kecak and Fire Dance. Friendly dispositions and their high quality of service has definitely left a deep impression in us!
Not forgetting the prompt shuttle service from Tepi Sawah to anywhere else in the Ubud area, and back!" |

| "If you plan to be based in Ubud, the villa's location is good as it is only about 5 minutes drive to the main Monkey Forest Road. However, our driver had problems finding it on day one as the sign leading to the villa was rather obscure and only visible from one direction.
My husband and I were expecting a private plunge pool in the privacy of our own villa as mentioned on the website. We must have misunderstood because when we arrived, we found out that the pool was actually a common pool to be shared with all the villa guests.
Service was commendable as response was quick when we requested for the ironing board, etc.
One small comment though. I noticed that the hairdryer was rather dirty - it had some sticky stuff stuck to its vent and looked like it's been used for years.
Overall, our stay was comfortable.

| "The rooms and service were incredible. Extremely clean, excellent views, friendly and prompt staff. Located slightly out of central Ubud proper (5 minute taxi ride). Has a very impressive museum and some very nice restuarants (actually, the museum came first, followed by the restuarants, and then the hotel). You'll certainly feel you're in the cultural part of Bali. Will stay there again if I find going to Bali." |

| "A most beautiful and value for money hotel in its range. Beautiful rooms, amenities, service and foods. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel and after staying in three other hotels in Ubud, Tepi Sawah Villas is our favourite. The only negative about the hotel that I can think of is the location, but that did not matter at all with the free shuttle service around Ubud. We'll definitely return to Tepi Sawah Villas in the near future." |

| "I loved the fact that the hotel has a rustic charm to it. Some may call it old, in need of a lick of paint. The landscaping is beautiful and it complements the pool and dining areas well. Love the fact that the towels are scented, and they run a bath for you. There're flowers in the bathtub, towels, etc., making it truly aromatherapeutic. room and the hot water from the tap flows out almost immediately. The warm hospitality of staff is notable too. They're ever willing to drive you to the nearest restaurant or location. It's truly a relaxing and good place to renew your senses. The only minus is the prices of the food...a tad expensive." |

The staff was very friendly, and with the free shuttle service on demand I did not batter about the location, afterall this is Ubud.If you like to will a glance of the spirit of Bali this is THE LOCATION." |

| "Plus:
- Courteous service staff who are willing to help
- Clean, comfortable and large rooms
- Good sized swimming pool
- Excellent complimentary shuttle service just a call away that takes you almost everywhere you need in central ubud - even from one attraction to another
Minus:
- A tad far from central Ubud - 10 min shuttle ride (but more than made up by the excellent shuttle service)" |
