location is ok but not on the seaside, no probleme withe the shuttle.
After a havy rainfall the road was overfloted and you had to take off your shoes to arrive to the hotel.
No wi-fi, nor connection available in the room, they asked you to go to the business center, and of course to pay for it.

The breakfast provided hotel is consider tastefull. You can do your sourvenior purchase at Bali Collection located near to the beach. However, it is consider expensive compare to Kuta.

| "The hotel claims that they have private beach (have confirmed by phone as well) and it looked beautiful on the web. That is one of the reason I chose this hotel. But when we reached there, the beach was awful, dirty, nothing is there.. not even somebody or place to seat on. It was totally away of my honeymoon wish, regret to try this hotel.
So many mosquitos in the room. They provide bathtub but not providing bubble soap, so what is the b'tub for?
I do appreciate the hospitality of the hotel staff. But my suggestions are, they really need to improve quality of the building and please review the hotel's web instead of showing lies (common..beautiful private beach??).
I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Thanks" |
