| "This hotel located 10 minutes walking distance from the beach.
However, the hotel provide shuttle bus to bring you to beach.
The breakfast provided hotel is consider tastefull. You can do your sourvenior purchase at Bali Collection located near to the beach. However, it is consider expensive compare to Kuta.

| "The hotel claims that they have private beach (have confirmed by phone as well) and it looked beautiful on the web. That is one of the reason I chose this hotel. But when we reached there, the beach was awful, dirty, nothing is there.. not even somebody or place to seat on. It was totally away of my honeymoon wish, regret to try this hotel.
So many mosquitos in the room. They provide bathtub but not providing bubble soap, so what is the b'tub for?
I do appreciate the hospitality of the hotel staff. But my suggestions are, they really need to improve quality of the building and please review the hotel's web instead of showing lies (common..beautiful private beach??).
I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Thanks" |

| "The service at the coffee house(place for breakfast)is bad. The waitresses' gesture and body language are very unwelcoming.
But the masseur at the Spa are very good. Very professional and very service oriented. They deserve a 5." |
