enjoy my stay at the oasis totally....it is away from all the activities in kuta but absolutely a good place to relax and rest. ard the hotel there are convenient stall and restaurants....this hotel provides shuttle bus to kuta, legian and ubud but u got to book 1st. the hotel is very modern and stylish. love the pool but it can get very cold. everything is great just that the shower is a bit problem, the water runs inconsistently, sometimes it runs more sometime less, sometimes hot sometimes cold all by itself even if u adjust. i will sure stay here for my next trip to bali.

| "Generally the hotel is good.
The only problem is on their third party arrangement with transportation company for hotel pick up.
Maybe I am a bit unlucky to meet up such situation, whereby I was cheated by the driver by offering me a very attractive sightseeing tours around bali plus transportation to my next destination in Legian area for Rp250,000 for a 8 hours and ended up demanding extra Rp200,000 after the end of the service.
The situation came worst when he could not locate the hotel I supposed to check in and dumped by by the road side by quoting that the massive traffic jam created inconvenience to him.
Huh!!! Isn't that ridiculous.
Anyway, I have provided feedback to the hotel staff and I have a quick response from them that they have delisted the driver from their service list. Hope that in the near future, such occassion will not be encountered by anyone else who's staying at oasis benoa....

| "The staff there are really friendly and helpful. Email enquiries are promptly answered. This hotel is perfect for a quiet getaway. Nice scenery. But nothing much in the neighbourhood. Room has simple design, yet comfortable and clean. I enjoyed my stay there!" |

| "We liked the simple modern design of the hotel and the room. The infinity swimming pool is splendid in the architectural atmosphere. Also nice spot on the beach. On the first evening, we had a romantic dinner in the garden in front of the sea, with traditionnal dancing and buffet, and free sarhong to wear...The breakfast is served in the open pavillion and there is a huge choice! You also have many other restaurants across the street, cheaper and good." |

| "Good things: Strategic location, which is located nearby Kuta Square, Art market (5 - 10 mins walking distant). Kuta beach just 15 mins walking distant. Bad things: The room is totally disappointing and lots of mosqitoes inside the room. Renovation needed!" |
